(hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”) respects and protects the privacy of all users who use www.aicaptcha.net and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as “the Sites”) as well as the Ai Captcha Verification SaaS Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). 4. Data Controller and Processor

Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, GEELAB PTE. LTD. is the controller of your personal information; in the process of providing services to Integrators (clients), we may act as a processor, processing data only in accordance with the contractual instructions and without any additional use of such data.

5. Privacy Certifications We Adhere To

We have been certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), UK-US DPF, and Swiss-US DPF for processing data of users in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. In case of any conflict with this Policy, the DPF Principles shall prevail.

6. Information We Collect

    • Personal Information: Name, email address, region, etc., which are directly provided by clients.

    • Analytical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, access time, etc., which are collected through Cookies and third-party tools.

    • Annotation Data: Labels, answers, etc., generated when users complete CAPTCHA tasks, which are not linked to personal identities.

    • Behavioral Data: Mouse trajectories, keyboard events, touch events, etc., used to distinguish real users.

    • Other Information: Additional data voluntarily provided by individual annotators.

7. Purposes of Information Use

    • Account management and customer support

    • Improving the Service and developing new functions

    • Market analysis and business insights

    • Providing clients with an annotation data market

    • System security and risk control

    • Other legitimate business purposes (after desensitization or aggregation)

8. Information Sharing and Disclosure

    • Sharing as requested by clients for verifying specific CAPTCHA risks or IP addresses.

    • Sharing with service providers for storage, hosting, analysis, etc.

    • Disclosing in compliance with legal or law enforcement requirements.

    • Sharing with others after desensitization or aggregation for legitimate business purposes.

9. Third-Party Technologies and Tracking

The following third-party tools are used in this Service to collect and analyze data:

    • Google Analytics (to be supplemented if integrated later)

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee 100% security. If you suspect that your information has been misused, please contact us immediately.

We only retain information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or for a longer period in accordance with legal, contractual, or regulatory requirements. Cookies are usually retained until expiration or for a maximum of one year.
