AI Captcha Service Terms

Last Updated: September 11, 2025. The English version shall be legally binding.

Welcome to Ai Captcha! All users of the “Services” must agree to the following terms (the “Service Terms”). Herein, “we” refers to GEELAB PTE. LTD. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, personnel, etc.; “Website” refers to all sites with the domain name .aicaptcha.net.

    1. Scope of Application
    • The Services include:
        • Online CAPTCHA Anti-Fraud Service (Ai Captcha Service)
        • Platform Service (Ai Captcha Platform), on which Contributors may perform verification tasks issued by third parties or GEELAB.
    • We charge Customers (including companies or individuals) to provide them with CAPTCHA access, usage, and related API services; we charge Integrators to help reduce fraud, abuse, and spam on their websites or applications.
    1. Eligibility

By registering for or using the Services, you represent that: you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to sign this Agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent, and undertake to comply with all terms. You shall not abuse the Website, usurp others’ identities, or use artificial intelligence to complete verification tasks that require manual processing.

    1. Customers and Integrators
    • If you are a Customer or an Integrator, the additional terms in the “Customer Appendix” shall also apply.
    1. Username and Password

When registering, you must provide true personal information (such as name, email address, etc.) and be responsible for keeping your account and password secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

    1. Privacy and Data Processing
    • You authorize us to use the Customer Data you provide globally (including copying, distributing, and displaying) during the term of this Agreement, solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
    • We may de-identify the data and use it for business improvement or reporting, with a maximum retention period of 180 days.
    • If you adopt “Data For All” or other open data options, please specify this in your order.
    1. Acceptable Conduct

You are encouraged to interact on forums and social channels, but you must comply with relevant regulations and laws. The following conducts are prohibited when posting content:

    • Posting illegal or non-compliant content such as child sexual abuse, human trafficking, and drug trafficking.
    • Disseminating malware, engaging in phishing, or conducting other harmful activities.
    • Infringing on intellectual property rights, privacy, or the rights and interests of third parties.
    • Using robots, scripts, or AI to complete tasks that require manual processing.
    • Sending spam, advertisements, or malicious links.
    1. Prohibited Conduct

Without authorization, you shall not create multiple accounts, usurp others’ identities, bypass security verification, upload malicious code or files, or upload infringing content, etc.

    1. Identity Verification
    • We may verify your identity by consulting third-party databases or legal documents, and you must cooperate and provide necessary information.
    1. Compliance Obligations
    • You are responsible for complying with laws at all levels and shall bear liability for claims arising from non-compliance.
    1. Taxes
    • Contributors or Integrators shall bear relevant taxes on their own and compensate us for any assessments or fines incurred due to their failure to pay taxes.
    1. Handling of Non-Compliance
    • If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate the Services at any time, including stopping the payment of task rewards.
    1. Relationship with Contributors
    • Contributors independently select and complete tasks; there is no employment relationship between GEELAB PTE. LTD. and Contributors, and GEELAB PTE. LTD. does not provide benefits or tax withholding services. If a W-9 form or a local equivalent document is required, you shall submit it in accordance with legal requirements.
    1. Unqualified Tasks
    • If a verification task is not accepted, the already paid reward may be recovered.
    1. Eligibility and Skills
    • Upon completion of tasks, you may obtain qualifications or permissions granted by us, and we reserve the right to modify or revoke such qualifications or permissions at any time.
    1. Use of Information
    • By performing tasks, you agree that we may collect, use, and disclose your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and we may share part of your information (such as Contributor ID, verification results, etc.) with the task issuers.
    1. Intellectual Property Rights
    • We own all intellectual property rights in respect of the software, documents, APIs, etc. You shall not decompile, modify, distribute, or engage in other similar acts.
    • Any results generated by you in the course of performing tasks shall be owned by us in terms of intellectual property rights, and you shall assist in signing relevant documents.
    1. Copyright and Take-Down
    • You agree that in the event of any claim arising from your use of this Website or performance of tasks, you shall defend us and compensate for the expenses incurred.
    1. User Disputes
    • We shall not intervene in disputes between users; you agree to indemnify us against any liability arising from such disputes.
    1. Confidential Information
    • All confidential information obtained in the course of using the Services must be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed; upon termination of use, such information must be returned or destroyed.
    1. Website Changes
    • We may improve or modify the Website at any time without prior notice.
    1. Third-Party Websites
    • This Website may contain links to third-party websites, which are not under our control. You access such third-party websites at your own risk.
    1. Disclaimer
    • The Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Services will be continuously available or error-free.
    1. Limitation of Liability
    • We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. The maximum amount of compensation shall be USD 2,500 or the fees you have paid (whichever is higher).
    1. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
    • Most disputes shall be resolved through individual arbitration, and class actions are not allowed; there are a few exceptions (claims in small claims courts, claims related to sexual assault or harassment, and claims for injunctive relief concerning intellectual property rights may be filed in courts). Arbitration shall be governed by the laws of Singapore or the laws of your place of residence, and the place of arbitration shall be determined based on the place where the dispute arises or your place of residence.
    1. Governing Law
    • These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
    1. Termination
    • You may stop using the Services at any time; we have the right to terminate the Services for any reason. After termination, you shall still pay any outstanding fees and cooperate with the delivery of data.
    1. General Terms
    • These terms and relevant policies constitute the entire agreement; these terms may be modified, and the English version shall prevail; the invalidity of any term shall not affect the validity of other terms.

Customer Appendix

    1. Orders and Fees
    • Payment shall be made online; annual subscriptions are billed annually, and monthly subscriptions are billed monthly; the payment cycle shall be determined according to the selected version.
    • Payment shall be made within 30 days after the invoice is sent. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month shall be imposed on any overdue payment.
    1. Taxes
    • We respect others’ copyrights and may remove infringing content if discovered. If you find that your work has been infringed, please contact us.
    • You shall be responsible for all taxes except for our net income tax.
    1. API Usage
    • APIs shall be called in accordance with the authorized license; we may modify or suspend the APIs at any time with prior notice.
    1. Confidential Information
    • If you are authorized to access confidential information (such as internal algorithm details), you must properly store it to prevent disclosure.
    1. Overages and Limits
    • The Free Version allows a maximum of 50,000 verification requests per month. If the limit is exceeded, you need to upgrade or pay additional fees.
    • The PRO Version allows a maximum of 100,000 verification requests per month. If the limit is exceeded, you need to upgrade or pay additional fees.
  • For the Enterprise Version, fees are charged based on the peak RPS (Requests Per Second) and monthly request volume as agreed in the order. If the threshold is exceeded, additional fees shall be charged in accordance with the contract.
